They use eco friendly paper cups instead of plastic which is really nice. Every time I feel like having cold tea/coffee, I'm scared of those nanoplastics going inside my body. But LilM has quality paper cups and I also saw organic protien powder there. Their service is nice too she has great knowledge on all the items they make and she explained all my doubts clearly. Liked it !

Really enjoyed my visit🤩😍! I tried the mango slush🧋 and it was refreshing and perfectly made. The girl at the counter was very kind and explained everything clearly, which made the experience even better. The hospitality truly stood out❤️🤝. Prices are reasonable and definitely worth every penny. Will be coming back!🤟

This place used to be a favorite before. However, the two times that we visited once it was pure milk for a tiramisu bubble tea. The other time the Boba was extremely hard. When I asked about the Boba being hard, they said that it was close to closing time. The order was placed at 8:28 and they close at nine. However, if that’s the quality that is served during this time then why are we paying the full price? ** added below is the response to the reply that the business posted Hi there, I’m honestly disappointed by your response, as it does not reflect what actually happened. There were no other customers in line at the time because the store was empty, which can easily be verified through your CCTV footage. When I raised my concern, your staff member initially told me that fresh boba was not available due to it being close to closing time (8:31pm exactly when it was ready based on my notification on phone order number #K114) and said she would check inside. When she returned, she stood there without addressing me, and when I approached her again, she clearly acknowledged that the batch was not fresh and that the texture was off. I finally stopped at Lil' M Bubble Tea and it didn't disappoint. I almost went to KungFu Tea when I was in Hoboken but this place was a better choice. I got a Taro Slushie w/coffee jelly & it was Delish! I met Michelle & the staff were so friendly, knowledgeable with the recommendations & service was great! I'll be back for sure!🩷🧋✨️🥤
